Winedown Permaculture
Winedown Permaculture is a one acre property that we have lovingly stewarded for the past 21 years. It is located on Yuin Country - Bawley Point, NSW, Australia. We live and garden influenced by Permaculture Ethics and Principles.
Following the ethics of people care, earth care and fair share guides us in making better choices and to live in a way that we can be proud to pass on to our children and grandchildren. We have a passion to grow our own food and medicine and create habitat for all creatures, organically and without any artificial inputs, thus restoring diversity and resilience. We stay curious and are forever learning.
We have a road side stall called Voyager Veg, where we share and sell our produce, herbs and balms. We offer property tours and workshops, as well as a children's permie morning called The Magic Growers. we hold Wise Women's circles and a Growing Together circle, where we support and learn from each other and share stories.

I am a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Permaculture educator and Women’s Circle facilitator. I value the gift of community and am lucky to be part of many offerings here on Yuin Country. I swim with the mermaids in the mornings, I connect with local Permaculture groups, I sit in circle with amazing women, dance NIA and love playing the ukulele with a great group of people. I am a passionate grower, lover of plants and a life long learner.

I have followed my wife (at times dragging my heels) into this wonderful world of Permaculture, food forests and a bounty of amazing home grown food. I am a husband, father, grandfather and a lifetime surfer. I believe it’s important that we all bring something to the table, no matter how small that might seem, if we are to have a permanent healthy culture for generations to come. It really is not as complicated as it sounds but the rewards are incredible for ourselves and our community.
